「海のモザイク」オープン・ワークショップ

（メビウスの卵展２００３七ヶ浜国際村展・２００３年８月２日）

「Putting Together－海のモザイク」は、２００３年８月２日、

メビウスの卵展七ヶ浜国際村展にてCome Closer Projectの菅波美穂と伊勢利枝によって公開制作されました。

モザイクの制作にはおよそ４０名の観客が参加しています。

また、このモザイクは展覧会の会期中、観客による自由なパズル・デザインとして用いられ、

その変遷は会場スタッフにより作品の記録として撮影、会場に展示されました。

Putting Together： An open workshop

(2^nd Aug.2003, The Eggs of Moebius, Shichigahama International Village, Miyagi, Japan)

Putting Together: a mosaic of the sea was an open workshop run on 2^nd August 2003 as part of the Come Closer Project organized by Miho Suganami and Toshie Ise for the Eggs of Moebius exhibition in the Shichigahama International Village, Miyagi, Japan. In this workshop, around 40 participants made mosaic tiles. Afterwards, they were put together to form a larger mosaic. The visitors were invited to create their own mosaic patterns by rearranging the tiles. These photos, initially displayed in the exhibition space, are a record of the mosaic’s metamorphosis.
